How to make a pizza
Make your own pizza is not expensive how much more efficient than buying at a cafe, for toppings as well as you want, use only modest ingredients in the refrigerator, create your own ideas.
Materials
- 200 grams of flour can be high / medium protein or a mixture of both
- 3/4 teaspoon of yeast
- 125 ml of warm nail water
- 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt / according to taste if you want to salty add it
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- Simple Topping In Refrigerator:
- The bolognaise sauce can be topped with bbq sauce too
- Oregano / italian seasoning
- Beef sausage
- Beef burger
- Mozarella cheese
- Cheddar
Step
- To establish active yeast, dissolve the yeast in 125 warm water that has been mixed with sugar. Wait until bubbly,
- Mix flour + milk powder + salt, then pour the yeast water, stir, add oil, knead smpe evenly mixed and smooth
- Let stand the dough for a moment (I cover using a napkin / plastic wrap) wait a bit fluffy, depending on the weather too, I just need 30 minutes because I was hungry too hungry.
- Preheat oven to a temperature of 170–200 (depending on the oven, because the oven is different in temperature and length of baking) I use an electric oven
- Prepare a baking sheet, spread a little margarine / oil (I use a 24cm round pan rather a bit of thickness, if I wish to use a bigger, thinner pan) arrange the dough on the pan, flatten the sticks and look according to taste.
Give the sauce, then sprinkle oregano, grated mozarella cheese, new sausage and beef burger, bake in the oven until the cheese melts and the edges look brownish. I bake for 30 minutes over top fire,
Serve with chili sauce / mayonnaise
