Well, the results are:

3DBench 1.0c: 63.9fps

Chris’ bench: 43.8fps

Doom: 36.2fps

Quake: 10.8 fps

PCPbench: 17.1 fps

I used the tightest timings for both RAM and cache for I have a 60ns 32MB Mosel stick in one of the slots and replaced the cache to 12ns chips (still 256kB though, my 1mbit/15ns chips seem rubbish).

I got very similar speeds with a QDI OPTi895 board but with faster ARK1000 video (a bit faster in every test except for Quake — the least video dependent, I guess — where it yields 0.2 fps less) and more relaxed RAM/cache timings — this chipset or BIOS doesn’t seem to like (or need) tight timings as much as the MSI SiS471 board.
