There Is A Lot Of Power In Sound

The music we hear and listen to as well as the frequency at which it is played affects our minds and thoughts in a dynamic physical and metaphysical way.

Don’t believe me? Ask our armed forces about sound weapons that can make people vomit.

Anyway, here’s a gift:

If you have sounds being played around you that get stuck in your head and you’d like to have that head of yours cleared to enjoy whatever mantras and other repeated words of your choice (or even silence) try listening to isochronic tones and solfeggio frequencies. They can be found all over the internet as well.

They’re a sort of brain spa, a mind-massage if-you-will. It’s best to listen to them with headphones.

Maybe I’ll tell you more about them later.

Enjoy! ✌🏿
