Ice cream has a power on making any situation better.

Like the awkward first date with your crush.

Like your heartbreak.

Like when you finally handed out the big assignment at work/school that you've been putting off, which had been making your night out less enjoyable.

According to the study though, "the mood lifting effect" of ice cream is not a delusion, but a proven fact.

1) When you are in a state of high emotion (sad, angry, nervous, etc), you are less able to perceive the amount of fat in food, while you detect sweet, sour, bitter flavour better.
This is why the phenomenon; [Oh wait, did I just eat a whole tab all by myself?] happens.

2) sugar+dairy gives you an instant energy boost. Therefore when you are tired, you tend to crave for ice cream.

3) Eating something cold can activate the same pleasure center of your brain as listening to your favorite music or winning money.

4) Do not drunk-text him/her. Eat your ice cream, and call your bff. You'll have the better kind of regret when you wake up the next morning. ____________________________________________

So here is my suggestion for life;
When things get hard, let the ice cream take care of your situation. It'll tell you what to do.
