Wonderful analysis of the book. I remember picking this up 3 years ago when I first started remote work. It was probably the best guidance I received on how to be more productive both in and out of the office.

The most important part I learned from this book was what to expect out of great managers. From my perspective they lead and set an example, as you broke down in your analysis, while empowering everyone around them.

Looking forward to your next read and analysis. You rock :)
