Well, based on Google, A24 is known for American independent entertainment company that specializes in film and television production, as well as film distribution, based in Manhattan, New York City.

Ever since I watched Midsommar, the film studio A24 has been on my radar, you just know it’s going to be good! It was like seeing a favorite book turned into a film. Every A24 movie, I call “an A24 movie”. They have been able to creating and maintaining one of the strongest brands in the industry (I also admiring their logo, by the way).

As you might imagine, A24 has so many of the stylistic signature that have defined all the movies from the beginning. They have long specialized in visually unique, the script is so rich and will affect you more personally than others, show deep understanding of philosophy, and the storyline flows beautifully.

It’s a high paced drama starring Adam Sandler, but not Adam Sandler movies. I gotta say he’s gorgeous in it, this movie is so strong, and Uncut Gems is the most chaotic scenes I think I’ve ever seen in a movie.

2. HEREDITARY (2018)

A grieving family is haunted by tragic and disturbing occurrences. — IMDb

Toni Collette was brilliant, and I really love Aster’s intellect and taste in cinema. I love this man!! Uncomfortable, upset, and frustrated…that’s how he come up with Hereditary. Whatever it was, you felt like it was happening to you!

3. THE KILLING OF A SACRED DEER (2017)

Steven, a charismatic surgeon, is forced to make an unthinkable sacrifice after his life starts to fall apart, when the behavior of a teenage boy he has taken under his wing turns sinister. — IMDb

Watching this just made me paranoid the entire time. You know the atmosphere is suffocating…I mean, just watch it until the end. I know The Killing of A Sacred Deer is not for everyone, and that’s okay ;)

4. EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE (2022)

A middle-aged Chinese immigrant is swept up into an insane adventure in which she alone can save existence by exploring other universes and connecting with the lives she could have led. — IMDb

Thank you for this beautiful movie, it was a journey of emotional discovery and deep thought every single minute of it. I literally enjoyed how the movie’s technique to jump to other universes is doing something very unusual, and so many personalities over the different universes.

I’m not surprise, this film won every award that landed on it. Congrats to everyone involved in this masterpiece!

5. THE BLING RING (2013)

Inspired by actual events, a group of fame-obsessed teenagers use the internet to track celebrities’ whereabouts in order to rob their homes. — IMDb

So hard for me to be very informative without spoiling movies *lol*. Anyway…The Bling Ring is a real-life event. The story would sound impossible.

What they did was bad, but this is one of my fav movies. The gang party, then rob, over and over…umm kind of crime that I willing to commit 😂

6. MIDSOMMAR (2019)

Please read my two cents about Midsommar 👆🏻

7. BODIES BODIES BODIES (2022)

Yap…I Wrote about Bodies Bodies Bodies a few weeks ago. Please check this out!

8. SPRING BREAKERS (2013)

After four college girls rob a restaurant to fund their spring break in Florida, they get entangled with a weird dude with his own criminal agenda. — letterboxd.com

Seriously, this movies was absolutely incredibly dark! A very deep, and truly artistic masterpiece. You can feel the heat through the screen. The strange feeling it gives, you actually don’t know how to feel.

9. ROOM (2015)

A little boy is held captive in a room with his mother since his birth, so he has never known the world outside. — IMDb

This easily became my fav movie. Room was a phenomenal movie! So touching and beautiful…a roller coaster of emotions. Room has so much incredibly powerful scene.

Oh! Hands down to Brie Larson! Brie is a gem. She really got into the skin of character.

10. BEEF (2023)

Two people let a road rage incident burrow into their minds and slowly consume their every thought and action. — IMDb

A very best show on Netflix! Ali Wong and Steven Yeun are doing fantastic stuff. Awesome soundtrack as well. Soooo…Beef is a dark comedy about a road-rage incident that taking us into Amy and Danny’s worlds. A sequence of stupid decisions starts the series. But this is not quite comedy and not quite drama with unexpected plot twists.
