Several people have asked what the road to becoming a product manager looks like... It’s never a straightforward and the road is different for everyone but here’s a few quick thoughts and resources.

What will make you a good product manager?

• Curiosity. Never stop asking questions.
• Market knowledge. The more you know, the better you can position the product your working on.
• Empathy. Understand the pain points of your customers.
• Communication. Do it often and make sure you’re clear.

If you possess these traits, there’s a good chance that you’ll make a great product manager.
