Problems of the country

Overpopulation, Inflation, Unemployment:

I am worried about all three issues i.e. overpopulation, inflation, and unemployment which are interlinked with each other.

According to official news Pakistan has an estimated 2% growth rate which for a country of official population of 160 Million turns out to be roughly around 3.2 Million every year. This alarming growth rate is causing immense pressure on head of the families who are to support them.

Given that about 40% of the population is already living under poverty line and 5.6% (official figures) of the population is unemployed, the ever growing population of Pakistan is just adding to the problems of the already under pressure nation.

First of all, we need to aware people of rural areas especially about birth control measures. Because it’s obvious that there is only one earning hand who look after / works for the entire family and in this case they are even not able to fulfill their needs. Here inflation is also a reason / issue that the lower community used to live hand to mouth and to overcome this they start begging or things like that. Inflation usually happens just because of less supply and high demand.

Along with those, unemployment is also an issue which we are facing currently. People are graduating but not getting a good jobs on time because of this underemployment also happens. People who are uneducated but having some skills which may help them to earn are also unable to get a job even on small level.

All we need to control our population first as it will helps us in controlling inflation for sure. Then we need to stop taking bride and doing intercede. We need to bring equality by giving chance to people who actually deserves.
