I feel that there is enough mudslinging out there. If the gaming industry is to survive, we all need to work together to make the gaming community a more inviting place for both veterans and newcomers. The reality is that many gamers are going cross-platforms. I myself own both the Wii U and a PS3 (my brother has the PS4) and I also game on mobile and PC. Many friends of mine have both PlayStation and Xbox systems that they game on for various reasons.

Video games is still a fairly young industry and we have our own growing pains to deal with because of that. Perhaps now is the time to find ways to work together to make sure that the gaming industry stays alive and thriving instead of trying to tear each other apart in the name of “competition.”
