While doing planning poker, people who gave outstanding estimations, either higher or lower, are prescribed to be given an opportunity to support their estimations. After the discussion, team should vote again. If team has failed to reach a consensus:

• split issue into sub-tasks, so it will be easier to understand and estimate
• only take estimated sub-tasks into the next sprint
• regarding sub-tasks that weren’t estimated, team members should invest some time for conducting investigation on complexity so they can present their claims better
