Nice lede, and thoughtful balanced article. I moved to SF in 1990 and the City hasn’t been able to help and solve this issue — no wifi in shelters? WTF? And Supe Kim “Trust me, if the answer were easy it would have been done by now.” Oh yeah, right. How about try just anything at this point. (For them, to help them, to stop paying 100’s of millions on such a small demographic. The dome City is now being shown (in mini houses) to work in other cities. Try anything. Nice article. . .
