My husband and I were about to buy a house at the very top of our budget and close to the city, locking us both into full time work and struggling each month to make the bills.

Last minute, we decided instead to go for something half the price and located more remotely (in the beautiful Costa Brava in Spain) which will allow us both to work part time meaning more fun-time and most importantly, more family time. It was scary at first, but making that decision gave such a feeling of instant relief, we know it was the right one!
