Me, My Anger, and Jessica Jones

Extremely powerful, well written and honest. It takes a lot of courage to take your personal trauma and all the mess you’ve been through and talk about it in a way that makes you a storyteller and not simply a victim. I think it’s important for people to recognise their pain and anger in someone else’s eyes and lives, especially if that narrative is televised or fictionalised. We must be very carefull while we do that, while we translate our inner turmoil into a story, any kind of story.

Jessica Jones did it with delicacy and respect and your article masterfully embraced that richness and that complexity which are the real gift of a true story.
