I had almost the exact same experience with a “high-end” sofa purchased from EQ3. Half the buttons got snagged on people’s jeans and I was left with a Ziplock bag full of buttons.

For my last sofa purchase, I went with an under-$1,000 model from IKEA, and so far I’m in love.

More expensive doesn’t always mean better.
