Building My RSS Feed
This week we had to start following 10 blogs on an RSS feed centered around ed tech. Given that there are thousands of blogs out there to choose from, it took some sleuthing to find some that interested me. I started by setting up the site for my RSS, Feedly, so I had somewhere to save all these blogs before I started searching for them. Feedly lets you organize the blogs anyway you want, so I started an ed tech category and an ITEC one for all of the student blogs. Feedly has some blogs already listed within it and lets you see other users lists with similar titles, so that gave me a place to start. I also searched for some blogs I had heard about in my other classwork that I had never bothered to follow (I haven’t had an RSS in YEARS.) So far I am pretty excited about the blogs I have found and I look forward to adding more to my lists and using it in the future.
