Just another daughter of the King, chronically fighting for joy. Giraffes are my favorite, I love to laugh, and am an avid cereal lover.
The gift was hauled,
The opening came with a loud excitement call,
From a body that seemed quite small,
Without hesitation and no apparent stall,
Is it a boy, or girl maybe?
Someone the new daddy will protect with safety
Someone the new mom will hold close as her hair flows wavy
After every day,
We say, “I’m okay.”
Where people see us and just assume our lives are a simple ballet,
But the whole day we couldn’t see anything but gray,
Am I walking into a name?
Or the “I don’t know” same,
Answers to save,
Not from the game,
But to who against this game I am being played,
