The world is full of many challenges in all sides no where you can go to escape from problems and challenges that is the reality because challenges are inevitable. Weak people fear to try the challenges ,They ignore the problems thinking that after sometimes the problem will go away or God who is the heaven will solve their problems but They are wrong I can suggest them to change the mindset as James brown said that “ you can take care of yourself, and God helps those who help themselves.
In contrast brave people are courageous, passionate, innovative, self motivated and they do not up give up even in hard situation they do not quit or surrender because they endure the culture of patient and persistence .
They adapt and struggle to to get rid of all obstacles and barriers that prevent them to achieve their goals.

I am going to share with you the challenges I have faced during the Andela Kigali Bootcamp and how I have adapted to those challenges.

Feeling Knowless

As a beginner who was just start building a big project , sometimes I was nervous ,felt frustrated and thought that I was the one and only Bootcamper who had low level programming languages concepts and practice skills.
I do not have much experience in coding and except those theoretical concepts and experiment I have learned from school, It was my first time writing the multiple lines of code in Javascript programming language trying to solve a real life problem.
I felt like I was an underrated programmer in our room.
I remember when I was presenting my project to my first week LFA (learning facilitator assistant), I was scared and unable to explain clear my own source code to him. After my presentation He asked me why I am not proud and confident to demonstrate and explain my source code clearly in smooth way.
Thanks to him because his words warmed me up and affected me positively.
It took me few days to improve and boost my self confidence spirit and now I am excited to demonstrate and justify the working principle of my source code to the audience and I am ready for week 2 final project demo on Friday.
I am trying my best to work hard as much as I can so that I will be selected because I have a dream to become Andelan.

Time Management

Ordinary people think merely of spending time, great people think of using it.
Author: Arthur Schopenhauer

Before the Bootcamp I did not know how to manage my time effectively. Here in Bootcamp the time is running faster even one minute is very expensive for me, I can not spend it doing useless things because I have much tasks to deliver and accomplish on time. All days I have the feedback from my LFA (learning facilitator assistant), I am obliged to implement and show output to him. sometimes I receive the feedback without having any idea of how to implement it or I get any programming error without knowing how to fix it and this is a challenge for me.
when I get stuck at the same thing for a long time I am open to ask help from my colleagues friends .
I have adapted to manage my time in Bootcamp by setting up priorities, focus on single task at a time, sleep late and wake up early in the morning.

The challenges I faced during the Bootcamp has made me strong , improved my problem solving capacity and shaped me into another version and I am ready to deal with and handle any other kind of challenge that I will face in my career journey.
