We struggle with decisions. I know I certainly do. If you look deep enough, I’m sure you’ll find decisions you struggle with as well. Gary’s point on the decision to start his company being the hardest decision in the process is something I can relate to. Once the decision is taken, it’s all about putting in the effort to make it work. The hardest step is the first one. Reminded me of Dave Matthews Band’s song You Might Die Trying. It starts with “To change the world start with one step. However small the first step is hardest of all..”
