This is great and congratulations to the TEDFellows program and these kickass scientists who happen to be female.

My questions are:

When will TED and TEDx conferences worldwide reflect the fact that women comprise more than 50% of the world’s population and have gender parity on TED and TEDx conference stages?

If the TEDFellows program can do it, why can’t TED?

If the new government of Canada can achieve gender parity in parliament overnight, why can’t TED do the same on its conference stages?
