Adventures in Coding V

Hello again! Well, today I continued along on my layout project trail. Each time I have been opening the HTML doc and opening a new .css file, in order to try and remember everything I can on my own. I got a little farther with this .css sheet (without help) than previously, but once again got totally stuck on what to do for aligning those bottom three boxes below the feature article:

it’s a lot less spaghettio, dough.

I don’t know. I’ll have to try to figure it out again tomorrow. Learning is hard, yo! But it’s going to be worth it! Just got to keep trucking. I start my first day of the Skillcrush Front End Web Developer blueprint tomorrow. Hoping I do well, feeling a bit nervous. One thing I’m stuck on is whether those social media links need to have display: inline-block attributes or not.

The most exciting thing that happened on this try…well there were two things. The first was how quickly I remembered, and that I remembered at all, how to remove the bullet points with list-style: none; and list-style-type: none;. The second exciting thing was that I remembered display: flex; and justify-content; in order to get the secondary nav to be evenly aligned next to each other. But, there’s still weird extra space, and the flex: 33.33%; attribute didn’t take. So, try try again. Until next time!
