Utilizing the Priority Matrix

The Eisenhower Matrix also referred to as Urgent-Important Matrix, helps you decide on and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance, sorting out less urgent and important tasks which you should either delegate or not do at all.

The structures of the Priority matrix here I want to show that helps me out clarify or describe my visual or un visual tasks of the week.

This technique is the best technique for me. I have utilized a minor time plan or scheduled of the week and the subdivided into four parts. Before using this criterion I had to do some unnecessary tasks. In which I have faced lots of problems.

Do and urgent tasks took at one side and doing working on these specific times intentionally. It is also a time gaining technique that saves a lot of time doing the right thing at the right time.

Here is my Priority matrix, I wanna show here.

I have faced so many challenges like the pressure of doing the task in a short time without any matrix or scheduling wasted my precious time. Important activities have an outcome that leads to us achieving our goals, whether these are professional or personal.

When we know which activities are important and which are urgent, we can overcome the natural tendency to focus on unimportant urgent activities, so that we can clear enough time to do what’s essential for our success. This is the way we move from “firefighting” into a position where we can grow our businesses and our careers.
