The Cost of Losing 30 Pounds

This was great. I’ve dropped 25 pounds only to gain it back, thanks to Weight Watchers a few years back. It’s endlessly frustrating when I go grocery shopping and try to stick to healthier items, only to see that grocery bill rise and rise and rise. It’s amazing how much produce can cost when you live somewhere that doesn’t offer up a lot of local options. I can’t hit a farmers’ market anywhere near me, but man, it’d be so nice. Sometimes when I creep up to my highest weight (170), I start feeling horrible about myself. I know it’s all on ME to change, but it’s quite difficult. One day, I hope to wake up snapped out of my poor eating habits. I worry that once I have kids, I won’t be able to be as good a role model for them if I’m eating the way I do and hardly exercising. Your writing voice is fabulous and I’m really looking forward to reading more from you. Thanks for this.
