My Recipe To Supercharging Your Soul In 5 Minutes

So I used to have this habit that seriously sucked, and I wonder if you are also guilty of it.

It’s pertinent to bring this up because at this time of year everything is running around like crazy and feeling a little run down.

It was putting others’ needs before mine, mainly growing my business to help others.

I wanted so badly to grow my business I forgot to take care of myself. Eventually this lead me to adrenal fatigue and a two year recovery process that I still take into account when planning new event launches and long stints of working on book writing, etc.

Basically, this Stay Real With Amber is about helping you not make the fatal mistake I did and trash your body.

I now have a very strict regime of supercharging my mind body and soul daily and I can honestly say that it has made my business, relationships, health, finances, spiritual fulfilment and life in general explode with inspiration and energy.

I know that so many people are on their way to sending their lives into the red zone of adrenal fatigue and don’t even realise it.

If you are a regular coffee drinker, feel constantly rushed, crave crappy food and your mood swings like crazy, chances are your adrenals are on full blast and as a result your entire physical and emotional chemistry has taken a dive.

It is not normal people. Get that please. We accept stress and “fight and flight” (triggered constantly by thoughts about the past and worry about the future) as normal and it is not okay.
