The #1 Overlooked Problem About A Detox

I have this pet hate and it makes me want to scream. I want to punch the next person in the face that tries to sell a physical detox.

While I am regular participant in physical detoxes, I believe they are an absolute waste of time if you don’t understand this one thing; especially if the focus is weight loss.

Your body is programmed to bow to the command of the unconscious mind.

What the heck does that mean?

It means that there can be a load of self sabotaging beliefs that keep weight on, such as perceived emotional and physical stress, no matter how hard you try to diet and exercise. P.S I also despise the word diet. Just eat real food!……

Anyway…Your physical detox, diet and exercise efforts are futile my friend, if your mind is full of crap. Cleanse that first.

I’ll give you three pointers straight up that will help you. But know that this isn’t an overnight shift — you’ve got to be committed.
