100 SUBSIDISED PLACEMENTS FOR YEAR 9 STUDENTS

Voyage are offering 100 places ( 50 girls and 50 boys) on our 2016 BTEC (level 2) Young Leaders for Safer Cities programme (YLfSC). These places are on a first come first serve basis so register now!!

Voyage’s Young Leaders for Safer Cities is a unique bespoke qualification and programme designed to benefit students, schools and the wider community.

The YLfSC

  • is an effective leadership programme
  • is effective at reducing territorialism and breaking down community barriers
  • helps to underpin school targets for SMSC at key stage 3&4
  • Equips students with ability to communicate clearly and effectively

All students show

  • Increased confidence and self-belief in own skills abilities
  • Increased awareness of the law and how to use it effectively
  • Increases positive attitudes towards school , community and the family

Programme Impact

  • 91% of parent’s noticed a positive change in students
  • 100% graduates recommend the programme to peers
  • 100% graduates would take oart in another voyage programmes
