Doing therapy but not seeing real results? Or even getting MORE depressed the longer you attend sessions?

Look, I know therapy is a process. I did a lot of it. And I also know that it’s normal to have a period of feeling more depressed when you work with a counsellor or psychotherapist, before you break through to feeling better.

Heck, I even went back to school to train to be a psychotherapist to try to understand the process (proud therapy school dropout here).
