GDG Cloud London attendees

The past years have been fun for GDG Cloud London. We have organised four Build Actions For Your Community #BAFYC series of events and learnt a lot from mentors and attendees in 2018, thanks to the speakers, mentors and other volunteers present for all their hard work: Eliza Camber, Francesco Pontillo, Jessica Dene Earley-Cha and myself ☺️.

In 2018 we also started another series of events called: Workshop: Dialogflow + Actions on Google + Chatbots + #AoGdevs that has been a learning adventure for us. It is a very chilled and relaxed environment that we discuss for instance the fundamentals of dialogflow, the differences among actions on google, google assistant and dialogflow.

In addition to that, we also talk about jargons, the future of AI, our personal projects. We can say it is a rich experience that we share our background and experiences.

We also get our hands dirty with hands-on coding doing the official Actions on Google codelabs and some teams have even started personal projects and are managing themselves using management tool boards!

I’d like to share the tweets related to our Build Actions for your Community events in 2018, and definitely stay tuned for more bot focused events in 2019!
