Our relationships to our spouse, children or friends impact us on a daily basis. We know all relationships come with their fair share of conflicts. And when conflicts overtake with these relationships, we suffer as an individual.

First and foremost, we need these relationships. They give us purpose, reason, motivation and contributes to our neuroplasticity. Yes, I used the word neuroplasticity, simply put neuroplasticity improves our brain health, emotional well being.
