Another great post. Love to see a group of diverse leaders collaborating. And you’re absolutely right, fear is definitely mental.

We talk ourselves out of something that we never even tried. I for one am now challenging myself to change my mindset on this. Anytime I’m faced with a choice, I have to ask myself- “do you not want to do this because you’re afraid?” If the answer is yes, then I have to do that shit anyway! I think if fear is mental, then the countermeasure is mental as well. Everything starts with a thought. You decide not to do something because you thought you’d fail in some way. So if you start thinking about victory vs. failure- your actions will follow.
