Upon reflection of your response, I feel like I should’ve emphasized this more in this article. It came out a lot more strongly in the first one. As citizens, we have so few real opportunities to engage. We vote, we may show up for our “two minutes at the mic” at a city hall meeting, etc. The beauty, I think, of the human-centered approach is that through co-creation there are endless opportunities to engage in various different roles.
