Having a good team, product and marketing campaign helps. Then communicating well, making sure the team have a clear plan, and respond to challenges quickly and calmly.

# Good ones will do well, those with less planning, structure or marketing budget will struggle.
4. What makes you choose or lose a project?
# Do they have a clear plan, what have they done before, how professional and competent are the team. Do they have a marketing budget and some seed funding — you need money to raise funds.

6. What do you think they will need to succeed?
# Hard work, keep updating your to-do list, make sure you get it all done. 80–90% done, is far better than aiming for 100% but taking a year to do so. They need to plan for bumps in the road, problem solving, and recognising that it is a fast changing and challenging environment.
