I think that now that the law has changed (read the last article I published for more info) you’ll be able to do so soon, and have your own e-wallet (with a partnership with a bank or a new payment provider). + Mobile careers (iam, meditel, inwi) are lauching soon there e-wallets (on the impulse of the ANRT) most likely next year, so could solve a lot of problems (will write something about that soon).
