Q: Please tell us about Voices of Music
A: As a member of the Voices of Music staff, I deal mostly with patron services: ticketing, donations, and usher management. I am also a teacher for the VoM after-school recorder class and Junior Recorder Society programs.
Q: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
A: I hope to still be working with Voices of Music!
Q: How are you maintaining team chemistry while working remote / hybrid?
A: Through regular video staff meetings and either voice or email communication the rest of the time. We do also frequently see one another face-to-face.
Q: The one destination you never get tired of traveling to?
A: Domestically: the High Sierra mountains. Internationally: India.
Q: An essential office item?
A: Have to say it’s the computer.
Q: The most valuable piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A: Learn from mistakes but let them be in the past and keep moving forward.

A: The Source by James A. Michener. Close second: The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

Q: Your favorite thing to do in San Francisco?
A: Accompany visiting friends on walks up the Filbert Street steps to visit the WPA murals inside Coit Tower

A: To view criticism constructively rather than to take it personally
