Walk “Unusually” Slow

Increase your walking time to the coffee machine from 1 minute to 3 minutes, maybe even 5 mins; the same for the restroom too. Or take a slow walk after your work if you might lose your job! ☺

What you gain is more time to review/organize your thoughts, develop your ideas; it’s also good for your lower back pain! Indeed, it’s a mindfulness exercise knows as Walking Meditation. For me, the key for doing it properly was to walk very very slowly. As I said, like an old wise man! You could even imitate Steve Jobs walking style!
