The net effect of Trump’s strategy is that we now have less commonly agreed upon symbols, our ability to communicate and therefore cooperate is inhibited, and we’re left with fewer facts on which to base our understanding of reality. As Trump slowly deconstructs our reality, piece by piece, we find ourselves increasingly unable to put it back together.
Trump’s Lies Are Literally Tearing us Apart

I like to say, “Trump’s broken reality.” He has broken the consensual one. Trump and all his peeps live in an alternate reality, with alternative facts, they truly think THEIR reality is the REAL reality- and we’re all a bunch of delusional freaks.

Of course, we think the exact same things about them.

Which reality is the real one? I think the realities should split. Me and Estwald should write a sci-fi short about it.
