last weekend i met with my an old class fellow who was a brilliant student at that time.after initial greetings i asked him to about his job , he was too much disappointed about job although he had good great throughout his academics and he was blaming his luck regarding his failure about job searching.
I choose the steps showing gratitude, breathing exercise and random acts of kindness, suggested be Shawn Achor. I practiced these steps for 1 week and after 1 week I noticed that by showing gratitude to the other people we got self satisfaction and happyness. Breathing exercise help us to cop with some difficult situation and make us relax during stressed environment. By doing an act of kindness to somebody it improve the quality of other work and also help us to discover new ways.
