Aik Or Aik Gyara (problem solving)

Problems are at the center of what many people do at work every day. Whether you’re solving a problem for a client (internal or external), supporting those who are solving problems, or discovering new problems to solve, the problems you face can be large or small, simple or complex, and easy or difficult.

We have assigned a task to found a problem in our society and then give the solution of that problem.we were divided into different group and there are three members in my group.First of all we found a problem in our areas and found an electricity problem due to burnout wires.wires are not able to bear the load and burnt out.

First of all we cal an local electrician to solve that issue but he was not much experienced so he failed. secondly we make a call to WAPDA office but they did not send any of their employ to solve that problem.and third solution is that we call the peoples surrounding and ask them to go at WAPDA office in the form of group.

The last solution worked and they send their 2 employees to solve that problem and also a piece of wire to change the wire. After 10 hour effort we were able to solve that problem. Now all people were Happy they pay thanks to the WAPDA employs for their time.
