London Bridge, with its origins dating back to Roman times around 50 AD, has a complex history.

The various versions of London Bridge have been rebuilt and modified numerous times due to fires, decay, and the need for expansions.

The 19th-century London Bridge, with its recognizable appearance, was eventually dismantled and relocated to the United States in the late 1960s.

Currently, the London Bridge that stands in place is a modern structure, completed in 1973, catering to increased traffic demands while serving as a functional crossing over the River Thames.
