Don’t be busy, be productive.

If you are not satisfied with where you are in life and wanted to do something extraordinary about it. The only problem is that the gap between where you are and where you want to be seem daunting. That’s why you should decide to start making micro-changes in your life on a regular basis.

Well Cheers! We have found a technique called Pomodoro Technique which is shared in an online session of Amal Academy and it is not difficult at all.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management philosophy that aims to provide the user with maximum focus and creative freshness as reward, thereby allowing them to complete projects faster with less mental fatigue. It involves splitting up your work into 25 minute intervals, followed by short 5 minute breaks.

I’m planning to start using this technique on a daily basis to make sure that I stay on task, energized, and focused. I am always reminding myself that the key is to work smart, not hard, and I’m hoping that this technique will serve as a constant reminder of that.

In Eat that Frog with Pomodoro activity, I have decided to work on project 1 “The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork from John Maxwell”. I split up my work into 25 minutes. I kept all distraction aside e.g. cell phone and start working on it. In 25 minutes i had completed my task and it was an amazing experienced to me. I took 5 minutes break and then started next work. It was a great activity for productive work.
