Very true Cam, although it could be possible to enable the bot to parallely understand and respond to direct commands from power users that want to ignore the question. “If you have a bot with a ton of buttons in the chat messages that help users do something, then an app would serve you better. For example, you should be able to buy pizza just by typing “pepperoni pizza. medium. extra cheese” and some minimal button pressing rather than having to make your way through a ton of chat bubbles by pressing buttons. You are building a bot, not an app.”
