Suggesting Ted Cruz hired prostitutes is baseless and potentially libelous.

The headlines suggest that Ted Cruz hired call girls through the D.C. Madam’s prostitution ring, but if you read through the various articles you will discover that the identity of the presidential candidate who’s name and phone number is the D.C. Madam’s black book has been sealed by a court order. The Madam’s former lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, has filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court to release the black book.

In the meantime, the media is forced to speculate who is might be listed in this black book. Their basis for suggesting Ted Cruz?

• The article suggests that the D.C. Madam didn’t book male prostitutes making it impossible for it to be Hillary. Really? Why assume Hillary doesn’t enjoy the company of female prostitutes?
• The article claims Dan Moldea, an investigative reporter, saw parts of the black book before it was sealed back in 2007. He explains that he thinks he would have remembered if Sanders, Kasich or Trump were in the book. The only name he wouldn’t have recognized at the time would have been Cruz.

Really? There is NO story here unless the black book is released. The media needs to stop speculating on who is named in the book and get back to reporting the news. Nothing to see here.
