Scott, thank you for sharing your story. It is not an easy topic to share. First off, I am sorry about your diagnosis and that you and your family are going through this. I wish I had magic fairy dust for sure to make it all just go away. I am happy to hear that Google is being great, that is so important. Attitude is huge, and that will not always be easy I am sure. Several things you said struck a chord with me, like being a planner (cancer changes that) and just basically having the rug pulled out from under your world as you know it. The hardest part is to act as though everything is “normal” when it could not be further from the truth. I hope that your treatments go well and are effective to rid you of that nasty cancer. I also wanted you to know that I will NOT forget about you and your story by the end of the week. I am sure you get told all the time to stay strong, but I will tell you to be what YOU need to be…. This is about you. I will hold you close to my heart and pray for you and your family.
