I have been working from home. Sometimes on freelance jobs, sometimes on my own projects. It’s got its perks. There’s the easy commute, a chance to enjoy your local park, instead of the tube train at 6pm. The staff kitchen has my favourite kind of biscuits.
I try to walk somewhere every day, to mimic the commute that I no longer do. I have grocery shopping, or I go out running. On other days I walk.
Walking is good for me. I love those windy days that blow the cobwebs away, and clear early mornings. The only thing you need to produce is distance, and you have motion, momentum and direction. …
