I just wanted to mention that I completely agree with not calling yourself an expert on your resume, but a lot of job descriptions say:
When I see that, I don’t apply. How many people are actually experts? To me it seems like bad practice to ask for an expert in a job description unless you really only want the very top 1% of developers to apply for your job and no one else. If that’s the case, you better be a darn good company to work for. Just my two cents.
