I just did this… my new trainer (strongly) suggested I go to a chiropractor to work on my shoulder — and I spent 3 nights a week there instead of the gym, and finally had to stop the gym for a bit because of the pain I was in. And guess what? I went back this week — and it wasn’t a failure or a bail-out session. I went back and had a great workout, felt it 36 hours later and am looking forward to it again next week. Now if I could squeeze in a few more things here and there, I’d be happy.
