The sun is back today! I wore a sweater and jacket to dinner last night while a crazy storm made its way over Austin. And this morning we have my favorite kind of aftermath: a cool breeze, damp air, and bright sunshine.
You should have seen Woodford’s excitement when I made my way to the back door. He’s solar powered & spends countless hours doing what I’m doing now. Sitting under the bright sun, in silence, thinking.

- Mosquitoes are the only thing that can kill the post-storm vibe.

- I’m embracing crop tops this season, and am realizing how cold my belly gets. Didn’t think that through.
