I absolutely think that Travis should be held accountable. A lot of the problems that Uber has are the result of oversights in leadership. I think Travis has seen his own failures, owned up to his mistakes, identified problem areas, and taken drastic action to ensure that Uber will be a better place to work, and a better service for the world. Being held accountable is not equivalent to burning someone at the stake.
