Tofu cilantro sour cream

I like eating it with some crackers or in a sandwich, but it can be used as dressing on salads as well.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound silken tofu 
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about one lime)
1/4 teaspoon salt (used my homemade herbs salt)
2 teaspoons dehydrated onion
2 cups loosely packed fresh cilantro, with leaves and stems (you can half the amount if you’re not a cilantro fiend like I am)
Sea salt and pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove tofu from packaging and squeeze gently to remove any excess water and rinse. Place in a blender or food processor along with the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add sea salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill for at least thirty minutes. Eat with everything!!
