Connecting Doers with Opportunity — Event Concept

Why did it all start and what exactly is it?
Connecting Doers with Opportunity is an international event, born out of the simple need of connection between the dreamers, creatives, innovators, tech enthusiasts, community leaders, and citizens who share the same values.
We believe in:
- Innovation & Sustainability
- Knowledge Sharing & Progress
- Infinite Potential & Collective Creativity
- Rapid Prototyping & Continuous Learning
So we thought, wouldn’t it be awesome to bring all of these extraordinary people together? Can we do it? Let’s try!
And because simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication, we thought of no better name than Connecting Doers with Opportunity, to make our message clear to the world.
Our 3 day event has the following structure:
- Day 1, October 6 — International Conference at West University of Timisoara, Aula Magna Room, where speakers from all over the world will share how they used their skills to make a positive impact within their communities.
We chose the Conference Themes that reflected our values:
- Technology & Innovation
- Future cities
- Education
- Social Sector & Community

The Networking Party at AMBASADA will close the day, giving speakers and participants the chance to connect and get to know each other better, and will keep us motivated for next couple of days of Hackathon, on October 7–8.
Speaking of next couple of days, here’s what’s going to happen.
- Day 2, October 7 — Innovation Hackathon starts early in the morning, at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, the perfect place to foster collective creativity.
- Day 3, October 8 — Innovation Hackathon ends late in the evening, with an overview of all the solutions developed and the Prizes Ceremony, of course. :)
There you have it, the event concept in a nutshell.
We hope we made you curious to learn more, so save your spot at our event.
As always, we’re sending you hugs and good vibes wherever you might be. :)
