Eight days after starting the UX Writing challenge at Avenue Code, and I’ve already learned so many new things!

For the next 10 weekdays, I’ll be going to participate in my first UX Challenge. Provided by my Company, and the team of .Design, we are going to share our inspiration with everyone!

I’m trying to write all my articles in English to practice, and in addition to this, every day I searched a little bit about good practices about UX Writing.

Today’s challenge:

"Scenario: The user is trying to rent a car using an application, but the credit card they have on file has expired.
Challenge: Write them an error message so that they can correct the problem."

In this challenge, I used some ideas from experiences that I already had in applications that used payment methods.

And, my idea for this challenge:

[HEADLINE] Oops, update the payment method!
[BODY] It looks like your card has expired, update to proceed.

Now, my idea applied in a UI:

UX Writing Challenge — Day 8

Very excited about the last two scenarios.

For any feedbacks, please let in the comments or reach me out on LinkedIn!
